If a venue does not offer essential access features such as an elevator or a load in/out ramp, or if equipment must be transported up or down stairs, an extra fee of $200 for each flight of stairs will be added to the invoice. This fee is intended to cover the additional labor required for moving equipment under these circumstances.

If your venue has limited space, consider using the Canon DSLR Mobile Photo Booth Roamer. An attendant will move around your event taking photos, allowing guests to receive their pictures instantly via text, email, or QR code. The photo booth is not restricted to a single area of your event.
A dedicated event gallery featuring all photographs taken during the event is provided. Attendees may view and download images from this gallery for up to one (1) year following the event.
